I can't say enough good things about Brian. From the start he set us at ease by clearly presenting how ERA was going to sell our house and what it would cost. He foresaw issues and handled them for us before they became a problem for me. We decided to relocate to Florida from Pennsylvania so our entire house search was done remotely. Brian was AMAZING - he found homes for us to look at virtually, he would go to the home and facetime us with a walkthrough, he constantly provided us with updates and new homes and when we flew in for a quick weekend he spent two days with us. He took such great care of us through the entire process!!! Brian was so knowledgeable about the area we were looking at and he even helped us set up our inspection, and since we were out of town he went to the inspection in our place!
